Responsibilities

• Recruitment
  • Keeps track of recruitment metrics on fill-up rate, time to hire, cost per hire and other talent acquisition metrics.
  • Posting of jobs in several online web platforms and finding alternative methods to advertise available jobs.
  • Communicates with relevant department heads on job and personnel requirements.
  • Preliminary interview of applicants and present recommendations and score sheets to department heads.
• Payroll / Compensation and Benefits
  • Oversees the compensation and management initiatives to ensure that salaries and benefits are compliant with the prevailing labor law.
  • Guides the section and tracks compliance on the payout schedules.
  • Reviews implementation of statutory and company-initiated benefits.
• Labour Management
