In-charge in analyzing, developing, and implementing policies that align with organizational objectives of the Company.
Monitors and coordinates with the Head and Supervisors in relation to the Employee Relation issuance of notices and scheduling hearings in connection with grievances and violations.
Monitors the process of Quality Assurance Reports.
Records update and maintain Employee’s Master List.
Monitors and ensure all reports and tasks of HR/ Admin.
Check and monitor the process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees, including the exit interview.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
