About this role


The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst role reports to the Team Leader HRIS Payroll and Reporting and takes responsibility for completing all aspects of HR related reporting and analysis for both internal and external customers. The role also contributes to management of key HR systems and provides support to the payroll function.


To be successful as a Senior HRIS and Payroll Specialist, we’d expect you to have…

  • Background in HRIS, payroll and data analytics with experience in providing analysis and support to managers, ideally with experience in central government or a relevant business environment.

  • Extensive computer system experience, including Microsoft Excel to an advanced level, experience writing SQL select queries, PowerBI reports, and VBA macros.
