The Opportunity
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the HR Operations Coordinator will be based in Guadalajara under a hybrid work model.
This role supports HR operations across North America, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management, with a particular focus on Mexico.
The Coordinator will also play a key role in supporting the establishment and ongoing operations of the new corporate office in Guadalajara.
Working closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, this position ensures a smooth and efficient employee experience throughout the HR lifecycle.
What You'll Do

Review incoming applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
