The HR/Talent Care Specialist works in a dynamic staffing agency environment, supporting a diverse workforce employed across multiple client sites in Switzerland. The role involves the coordination and implementation of employment activities relating to the full `lifecycle` of contractor employees and consultants on placement at CTC client sites.

This cross‑functional role requires close collaboration with recruitment team consultants, client stakeholders, finance/accounting, and external authorities, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee‑focused HR administration while delivering excellent service. This is a permanent role.
