Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers 
Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals 
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit 
Execute business development process, managing stakeholders and business proposals 
Devise strategic planning and manage projects deliverables 
Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process 
Maintain HR databases, leave records and employee files 
Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures 
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires 
Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status
