Description
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department
Process new hire paperwork, onboarding, and employee records
Maintain confidential personnel files and HR databases
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Process employment verifications and personnel transactions
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and other documentation
Ensure compliance with City policies and applicable employment regulations
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, and has previous Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment. Municipal or public sector HR experience is a plus but not required.
