Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution

• Strategy execution
• Ensure business leaders are well-informed about AGS tech strategy, particularly Acumen Intelligent Workforce Platform (IWP) by consulting with them and understand existing challenges and new opportunities
• Help business leaders grow value of their operations by advising and supporting on technology solutions
• Understand and clarify business problems and help identify solutions, working with product teams to build use cases that solve these problems, whilst avoiding bringing in the wrong technologies
• Adoption of Acumen IWP and Partner technologies
• Lead/guide leaders to maximise adoption of the Acumen IWP
• Understand adoption barriers and work with technology and operations teams to overcome these
• Support AGS program leaders, EDs and VPs with overall technology strategy
• Creating business cases for TSIB
• ROI monitoring
