Job Title: HR Transformation Project Analyst

Duration: 6 months extendable

Location: Chicago IL (downtown) | 3 days/week onsite



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Transformation Project Analyst to provide project management and coordination support for a global HR transformation program. This role will work closely with the Program Director, HR workstream leads, IT, and external partners to ensure successful execution of program activities, including planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, meeting planning and program documentation management.

The ideal candidate will have an experience in project management with exposure to large scale technology implementations in global, complex organizations.

 

Position responsibilities:

• Support the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the global HR transformation program.
