Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contract documentation for external verification and submission including consular-related requirements where applicable.
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of client and candidate documents.
  • Maintain and update daily process flow and online tracking system for client visibility.
  • Provide helpdesk support including handling candidate complaints, follow-ups, notifications, document collection and returns.
  • Act as MWO Welfare Representative for assigned cases and welfare-related concerns.
  • Manage HR hotline phone queries and provide timely responses to candidates and clients.
  • Attend meetings and support candidates by addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
