Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well‑being.
Plan and organise various hospital-level health, sports, and social recreational activities and events
Analyse post-health screening data to implement needs‑based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre‑post programme results to ensure successful health outcomes.
Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well‑being.
Undertake the Secretariat roles for both the Workplace Safety & Health Council and Well‑being Committee to support the hospital efforts in developing and implementing the workplace safety and health framework and promote staff well‑being.
Support the Department's digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well‑being initiatives and programs.
