About the Job
Reporting to Opella People Director SOCOPAC (P&C), the HRBP SOCOPAC will support the delivery of the HR strategy and Commercial Operations, Bogotá Hub and Business Partnering functions assigned in five countries: Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá, and Argentina.
Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Ensure robust succession planning for critical roles and drive achievement of BU talent KPIs to better achieve goals on diversity, gender balance, and cross‑moves.
- Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP): Build specific action plans to develop the right capabilities and critical competencies for current and future needs.
- Organizational Development: Support the business in organizational transformation, ensuring best practices in organization design to promote effectiveness and flexibility.
