Job Overview:

This role is a localized senior HRGA position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, taking charge of comprehensive human resource management for the company’s all local Indonesian employees. The incumbent will build and optimize localized HR systems and processes in line with Indonesian labor laws, local cultural characteristics and company global management standards. You will act as the key HR business partner for the Indonesia country team, fully responsible for local talent recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, labor compliance and daily HR operations. This role focuses on stabilizing the local team, improving organizational operation efficiency, optimizing manpower allocation, and supporting the long-term and stable development of the company’s overall business in Indonesia market.
