Description
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support human resources technology initiatives for a leading organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This is a Contract position suited for a highly organized individual who can evaluate system performance, improve HR data processes, and help ensure reliable HRIS operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with HR systems, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to work across stakeholders to support implementation and ongoing system effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze HRIS data, workflows, and system performance to identify opportunities for improved accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
