Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid: Mon/Fri remote, Tues–Thurs onsite)

Compensation: $45–$50/hour

Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Business casual (no jeans)

Seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (Oracle Fusion SME) to support and stabilize a complex HRIS environment. This role will focus heavily on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Benefits, and Compensation, along with overall system optimization and troubleshooting.
