Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Employee Culture amp Engagement
  • Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence)
  • Manage day-to-day system issues, troubleshooting and production support
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides for HR teams and end users
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements, UAT deployments
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM
  • Technical proficiency in Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence)
  • Experience in documentation (SOPs, BRDs), User Acceptance Testing, and End User training
