Collaborates with the TS department and the HR functional process teams, this role aligns system inputs while providing support through reporting and data access. As a point of contact and subject matter expert, provides critical employee record information to HR teams, organizational leadership, and audit entities.
Aides in handling the full life cycle of employee records, including legacy systems, and is responsible for report writing, system testing, and process improvement analysis.
