Job Description
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost and quality.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.Monitor overall project progress, proactively identify risks delays, resource gaps, requirement changes), and drive mitigation and resolution actions.Work closely with HRIS/DT/IT/business leaders or external vendors to coordinate resources and ensure smooth project execution.Drive high-quality delivery across key project phases, including requirement analysis, solution design, technical deployment, testing sigh-off and MTP etc.Support system go-live transition to operations and post go-live stabilization to ensure a smooth and successful project closure.Coordinate with DT/IT and stakeholders on needed governance operations such as resource plan, ...
