**Job Summary**

The HRIS Analyst assists in the maintenance and support of Workday HCM, including configuration, data analysis, and the bi-annual releases.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets, generating, and analyzing HR reports to provide insights for decision-making, configuring business processes, and participating in user training sessions to support end-users. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
