Senior Business Product Owner – ServiceNow HRSD
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Product Owner to drive the adoption, optimization, and digital transformation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The role will focus on enhancing employee self-service capabilities, improving HR case management processes, enabling automation and AI-driven solutions, and maximizing platform utilization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the ServiceNow HRSD product backlog and roadmap.
Enhance Employee Center, Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent capabilities to improve employee experience and self-service adoption.
Optimize HR case lifecycle workflows and Agent Workspace to improve operational efficiency and case resolution.
