• HRP-SSP Program Supervisor Division: HOPICS FLSA: Full Time –Exempt 40 hours per week Supervisor: Program Manager Pay Range or Rate: 2,750- 3,250 semi-monthly Revised: 06/29/2026 Summary Under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership, mentoring, and training to Harm Reduction projects, to ensure the highest quality provision of services.


• The HRP Program Supervisor’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee staff supervision, for the street-based Harm Reduction/Syringe Service, Mobile Testing Unit reduction activities, including syringe exchange, naloxone, safe use and safe sex education, HIV, HEP C and STI testing, peer support, and Naloxone training and distribution for all HOPICS participants.
