HRS Team Lead – HR Services & Success Factors

We are looking for an experienced HR Services professional with strong expertise in SAP Success Factors to lead a high‑performing HR operations team supporting global stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day HR service delivery, drive process improvements, ensure SLA compliance, and lead a team responsible for employee data management, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR operations.

Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of HR specialists and analysts within a Shared Services environment.
