As an essential member of the QHSE team in Calgary, you will collaborate closely with project line management. Your responsibilities include conducting training, facilitating incident investigations, and maintaining safety documentation. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with regulations and fosters a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise HSE Management systems as needed
• Coordinate HSE training for office and site staff
• Facilitate incident investigations and follow-ups
• Liaise with Government OH&S representatives
• Document safety performance through daily HSE reports
Requirements:
• 5 years of safety experience in construction
• Degree in Health and Safety Management or equivalent
