Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across well testing, drilling, and workover operations 
Ensure adherence to company, client, and regulatory safety standards, including SAWCOD requirements  
Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments (JSA / HAZID / HAZOP) 
Support incident prevention by identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions 
Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE inductions onsite 
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare detailed reports 
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure safe execution of all field activities 
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting 
 Requirements  6+ years of HSE experience within oil & gas (well testing, drilling, or workover environments preferred) 
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
