JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Occupational Safety Management
- Monitor and supervise compliance with occupational safety regulations and procedures throughout all production activities at the factory.
- Identify hazards, assess workplace risks, and propose control measures to minimize the risk of incidents.
- Coordinate in the investigation and root cause analysis of occupational accidents and safety incidents, and provide appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of post-incident improvement measures to prevent recurrence.
2. EHS Training and Awareness
- Organize occupational safety training programs for new employees and conduct periodic training for current workers.
- Develop and update training materials, procedures, guidelines, and safety standards based on actual requirements.
