Avanceon is seeking a seasoned HSE Engineer for a contractual role in Pakistan's oil and gas and heavy industrial construction sectors. You will develop site-level HSE plans, perform risk assessments, and oversee PTW, toolbox talks, and inductions on active sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science, at least five years of HSE experience, and international certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or IOSH.
