Job Purpose

Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and perform supervisory functions at the level established by management.

Carry out Safety Inspections according to approved program in order to detect safety and fire hazards and unsafe working practices and conditions.

Investigate and report on accidents and proper functions of all safety equipment.

Investigate incidents and near misses and generate report. Ensure implementation of regular inspection, maintenance and cleaning programmes for all compressed air breathing apparatus and resuscitation equipment.

Plan and prepare for hot-work, naked flame and radiography, signatory for work permit and checks work site.
