What we are looking for:

The Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Lead provides strategic safety leadership within the Operating Group, aligning safety priorities with business objectives. This role drives cultural ownership, operational integration, and high-level accountability, while fostering a people-first environment. The HSE Lead serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring Safety is embedded in every decision and action across the group.

What you’ll do:

+ Champion the IIF culture by integrating Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and strengthening exposure control defenses.

+ Act as the key liaison between the Director of Safety and ‘Group’ leadership to ensure consistent execution of enterprise safety strategies.
