Enersense Engineering Oy is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety for industrial and piping projects on the client team in Porvoo, Finland. The role starts in August and runs through October 2026, supporting the client’s team on site.

You will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, and coordinate with authorities. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, and you will report HSE performance via KPIs to management and
