You will act as the primary HSE interface between clients, contractors, authorities, and project management, managing risks, coordinating training, and reporting deviations. The role involves travel to various sites, working mainly on project locations, with a focus on safety leadership and collaboration with site managers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)
• Experience with large‑scale industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
