Position Overview

Responsibilities


  • Implement HSE management system and deploy global HSE minimum standards and working practices

  • Track KPIs and annual improvement plans and report performance to head of factory, global HSE and global P&C

  • Lead (ISO) audits within the scope of ISO , and

  • Secure required permits and licenses and ensure audit readiness

  • Promote proactive HSE culture through safety meetings, campaigns, and recognition

  • Ensure compliance with ISO , and within the operation

    • Compentancies 

  • HSE management system: Ability to implement HSE standards and ensure compliance in daily operations. 

  • Risk management and controls: Ability to run risk assessments and ensure controls are effective. 

  • HSE KPI management: Ability to track HSE KPIs and implement annual improvement plans

  • Audit and permit readiness: Ability to manage permits/licenses and conduct ISO audits with ...
