We are looking for an HSE Officer who is Arabic speaking to join our team for infrastructure construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site HSE policies, procedures and safety plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
• Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection records, toolbox talk records and incident reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and HSE awareness sessions for workers and staff.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Support risk assessments, method statements, permit‑to‑work systems and emergency response procedures.
