Implement and maintain the Project HSE Management System (HSEMS).

Ensure compliance with company procedures, client standards, and regulatory requirements.

Promote a positive safety culture through visible leadership and workforce engagement.

Support project management in achieving HSE objectives and KPIs.

Monitor contractor compliance with approved HSE plans and procedures.

Site Inspections & Audits

Conduct daily site inspections of work areas, equipment, and facilities.

Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions to closure.

Participate in internal and external HSE audits and inspections.

Verify compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
