The HSEQ Technical Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) training programmes to ensure employees achieve and maintain the required levels of competence in accordance with company standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices. The role supports operational excellence by providing high-quality training, competency assessments, and technical guidance across a wide range of HSEQ disciplines, including railway safety, permit to work, lifting operations, manual handling, incident investigation, fire safety, and environmental management. The trainer will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Competency Management System by developing training materials, maintaining training records, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization while ensuring compliance with ISO management systems and regulatory requirements.
