The HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist will own the systems, data, reporting, and operational engine that powers our demand generation and revenue marketing motion, with HubSpot as the primary platform underpinning the role.

This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and tightly aligned with sales and revenue goals, and is critical to building a modern, intent‑data‑led marketing motion that identifies the right accounts, activates targeted campaigns, measures performance, and improves conversion across the funnel.
