Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, Management, or other related fields.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Capital / Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or department head role.
Experience in the healthcare, hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Human Capital functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, HR operations, and organizational development.
Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
