Position Overview

Position Specific Requirements

  • To assist with administration and recruitment tasks for the Laguna Jobs team.
  • To coordinate job postings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.
  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and address any issues or concerns regarding candidates or the hiring process.
  • To coordinate with hotel operations to support hiring of casual staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications.
  • Learn to conduct training for the Banyan orientation and onboarding program.
  • To assist on the casual payroll management and records.
  • To prepare the employment reports as required by employment department for Manager review.
  • To support Laguna Jobs and CHC team in all activities as required.
