Position Overview

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, resignations and exit interviews.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances and operational HR matters.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other employee correspondence.
  • Liaise with educational institutions and external partners for internship collaborations and recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes are in compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects in alignment with business and operational needs.
