Our Tulsa OK plant is growing and is looking to add a Human Resource Generalist to their plant!
The Human Resource Generalist provides hands-on, on-site support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, partnering with the Plant HR Manager to support 1400+ employees. This role maintains a strong floor presence, drives employee engagement, and uses data insights to address high attrition and attendance challenges. By coaching leaders, supporting high-volume hiring, managing employee relations in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, and ensuring consistent policy application and compliance, the HR Generalist plays a key role in building a stable, productive, and engaged workforce.
Work Schedule: This position supports a production environment that operates Mon – Thurs (5:00AM – 4:00PM) with flexibility to support overtime and production recovery days as needed
