Role Overview:

PamTen is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures, with expertise in managing immigration processes such as H-1B visas and I-140 applications. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.



Responsibilities:


+ Support day-to-day HR operations for the US employees, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding and offboarding.

+ Assist in immigration-related matters, including H-1B visa applications employees.

+ Maintain onboarding materials, including welcome kits, orientation schedules, and training modules.
