Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers (including senior stakeholders) across local, regional, and global teams to coordinate and execute business priorities within a complex matrix organization.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment documentation, and time-sensitive contractual matters.
- Support business continuity during periods of organizational growth, transformation, and new business initiatives.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of global HR processes and system enhancements in Workday.
