Responsibilities
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen applications, and conduct interviews for fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and other fitness‑related roles.
Organize and manage orientation programs for new employees, including training on fitness equipment, safety protocols, and company policies.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture that encourages health and wellness.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in human resources or a similar field.
