Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager at Celebi Aviation in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR Manager will oversee their team on day-to-day people operations of the business, including payroll, compensation & benefits, time off, and daily company compliance requirements. To foster a people-centric ecosystem, delivering value at every point, and providing comprehensive HR services to both Operation and HQ employees.

This role involves managing and contributing to local and global HR projects and initiatives. They will also be responsible for implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. This role will be reporting to HR Director Indonesia.
