 Job Responsibilities  Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations 
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring process 
Review and implement HR policies and procedures across Singapore, China, and Vietnam offices 
Manage compensation & benefits matters including payroll, insurance, performance review, and staff benefits 
Coordinate training and staff development programs 
Provide HR support and advisory to employees and management
