POSITION: HR Manager

WORK LOCATION: Ortigas Pasig

WORK SCHEDULE: 10:00am to 7:00pm

SALARY: Php60,000-Php80,000

WORK SET UP: 4 days on site and 1 day work from home

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR-related documentation, including contracts, and other essential records
• Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations with fairness and following company policy and Philippine labor laws
• Implement HR strategies and policies
• Implement effective recruitment strategies
• Manage full hiring process
