Job Title: People Operations Manager Location: Onsite - Shelbyville, Tennessee Overview of Role: National Pen is looking for a People Operations Manager to be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function in a manufacturing environment and will also lead the full-cycle recruitment efforts. Works closely with key management to ensure appropriate support is provided to the operations of the facility.
