Position Overview

            Human Resource Management Oversee and manage the complete Human Resource Department operations. 
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 
Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements. 
Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and confidential documentation. 
Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development. 
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention. 
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads based on operational requirements. 
Manage job advertisements, recruitment agencies, and hiring platforms. 
Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
