Position Overview
1. Gain a deep understanding of the strategic goals and operational challenges of the supported business departments (such as retail operations, products, marketing, supply chain, functions, etc.), and provide targeted human resource solutions.
2. As a trusted advisor to the business department management, offer professional advice and support in areas such as talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and cultural implementation. Promote the effective implementation and execution of human resource policies, processes, and projects in the responsible business department. 3.
