The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Professional is to assist in the management of the HR team and responsibilities for the Puyallup Washington (world headquarters) location. He/she must assist in the development and implementation of a variety of HR related programs, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and policy development as needed. He/she must support the cultural transformation of the HR function to align with our RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) and behavioral norms. The HR Professional will support site managers and teammates as a partner and adviser on issues relating to the overall workforce of Red Dot Corporation.
