Human Resource Recruiter
St. Coletta of Greater Washington is a non-sectarian, nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and secondary disabilities. We are currently seeking A Recruiter to provide recruiting and administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Examples of Essential Functions

Pre-screen resumes for exempt and non-exempt positions and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Post in appropriate and required settings, and remove posting in a timely manner.

Assist with making offers to new hires and contacting references and employment background checks.

Attends job/career fairs.

Ensures all DC, MD VA DOH, FBI OIG background check are completed.

Assist in all HR areas as tasked, for example, new hire paperwork process, verification of employment, new hire orientation.
